Automatic Sliding Garden Gate with Horizontal Steel Slat Design

Our automatic sliding garden and garage gates are manufactured complete with all main structural components and prepared for installation.
Gate production is based on the wall-to-wall opening measurement provided by the customer, with an additional 750 mm balance extension added to ensure stable and smooth sliding operation.
For motorized systems, the motor rack gears are supplied pre-mounted on the gate structure.

Our sliding gate systems include specially designed head and center support posts that guide and stabilize the gate from both sides.
The gate frame (box profile) dimensions are selected according to the overall gate width and load requirements to ensure long-term durability and balanced operation:

• Up to 5.6 meters: 60×60×2.0 mm galvanized steel box profile
• 5.6 – 8 meters: 80×60×2.5 mm galvanized steel box profile
• 8 – 12 meters: 80×80×3.0 mm galvanized steel box profile
• 12 – 16 meters: 100×100×3.0 mm galvanized steel box profile

The number and configuration of load-bearing wheels are determined according to gate length and weight to ensure stable and reliable movement.

In our sliding gate systems, a heavy-duty rail structure is used, consisting of a 50×10 mm flat steel bar combined with a 16 mm solid round steel rail.
This rail system is designed for high load capacity and long-term resistance under regular residential and commercial use.
The posts are fixed to the ground and wall using the mounting accessories we provide.
Once the posts are aligned and securely fixed, the rail installation is completed, followed by positioning the gate onto the rail system.
For motorized gates, motor connections and final adjustments are completed as the last step.

Many customers successfully complete installation themselves with our technical guidance.
If required, installation support can also be provided upon request.

All gate surfaces are finished with first-quality Jotun electrostatic powder coating, selected for outdoor applications.
Coating durability depends on environmental conditions and proper surface preparation.
All structural components are manufactured from galvanized steel, providing strong resistance against corrosion and long-term outdoor exposure.
