At Birman Sac Metal, we work with a focus on dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and long service life at every stage of production. In our garden gates, panjur fence systems, and custom metal manufacturing, we build a quality standard that is controllable, traceable, and repeatable—from design to packaging.

1) Our Quality Approach

We do not view quality as “product strength” alone. For us, quality means managing all details as a complete system, including:

• the right material selection,
• precise manufacturing tolerances,
• surface coating performance,
• ease of installation,
• safe packaging and shipment
  and managing all these details as one complete system.

2) Production Process Control

For every product group, we apply process control steps to ensure that order-specific dimensions and details are fully suitable for on-site installation:

• Order & Technical Approval: Dimensions, connection type (wall/flange), color, and options such as lock/motor are clarified.
• Cutting & Forming: Dimensional checks are performed at cutting, hole, and joint areas.
• Welding & Assembly Inspection: Joint strength, angle accuracy, and the overall product form are checked.
• Surface Preparation: Pre-paint cleaning and preparation are treated as a critical quality step.
• Post-Paint / Coating Check: Surface appearance, coating integrity, and overall workmanship are inspected.
• Packaging & Shipment: The product is packed with protection to prevent damage during transport.

3) Material and Supply Standards

Quality starts with the material. For this reason, in our supply processes we consider criteria such as:

• material thicknesses and compliance,
• coating/paint systems,
• the durability of fasteners and accessories
  and similar criteria. For project-based production, we support the preparation of certificates and technical documentation when needed.

4) Surface Quality and Durability

For outdoor products, the most critical factor is long-term durability. That is why we focus on:

• protection against corrosion,
• UV resistance and color stability,
• control against scratches/workmanship defects
  as key points. Production can be made in the requested RAL colors, and the appropriate coating system is selected according to project requirements.

5) Dimensional Accuracy and Fit

Garden gates and panjur fence systems require fast installation and trouble-free fit on site. For this reason, details such as dimensional checks, hole/connection alignments, and overall symmetry are monitored throughout production. The goal is to prevent time loss on site and ensure the product fits correctly on the first installation.

6) Continuous Improvement

For us, quality management is not “set once and done.” We continuously improve our processes by considering feedback from production, installation experience, and customer requirements. We regularly carry out improvement work for better surfaces, better packaging, faster installation, and higher durability.

7) Project-Based Quality Documentation

In export and corporate projects, customers’ technical expectations are higher. Upon request, documentation can be shared under headings such as:

• product technical information,
• production details,
• coating/paint information,
• shipment/packaging approach
  and similar topics.
