A quick and honest solution! A minor problem arose with the fence I had installed around my house in Zeytindağ neighborhood of Bergama. Unexpectedly, the company owner, Mr. Fatih, contacted me immediately, fully acknowledged the problem, and resolved it very quickly. Such a fast and honest approach is truly commendable. I would like to thank him and his team again. I received excellent service!

aysima gündoğan25 days agoWe contacted them from Datça and ordered railings for our garden wall. Despite being based in İzmir, they were extremely helpful and attentive from our initial contact to the delivery of the products. Mr. İlyas, in particular, patiently answered all our questions and showed close interest throughout the process. Our products arrived sooner than expected. We are very satisfied with both the product quality and the service we received. They are a reliable company that takes their work seriously and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Thank you to Mr. İlyas and the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I especially want to thank Mr. İlyas; sending your own blacksmith, Cevat Atasoy, from İzmir to Bodrum was a very professional move. Your master craftsman, Cevat, is a true artisan and gentleman; we were very pleased with him and his workmanship. Many thanks to Cevat as well. You can buy their products and services with complete confidence.

Oya Görmüş133 days agoThe workmanship, materials, and price are really great. The installers were especially helpful and attentive; I was very satisfied and would recommend them. I deducted one point for lack of communication; the measurements were entered incorrectly, and we had to contact them by two people trying to reach them. Since there are standard measurements, they entered a different size than what we provided, but we only found out about it when they came to install it. As I said, apart from communication, there weren't many problems; maybe it was just bad luck for us. The materials are high quality, and it turned out exactly as we wanted.

Initially, I wasn't sure, so I had a video call with them. I would like to thank Ms. Esma once again for her great help throughout the entire process. She quickly and smoothly resolved all our questions. Thank you again.

Ahmet Önder YEKCAN156 days agoThis is the most reliable company I've ever seen, with excellent workmanship and flawless pre-sales and after-sales service. I live in Istanbul and paid in advance. The products, which came from Izmir, fit perfectly onto the garden walls I specified. I even ordered the gate system from them; it's called a beaded or chip system, and my gate opens and closes incredibly easily. They planned everything; all the products arrived ready to use at my home. I only had to screw them into the walls. Thank you so much, may God bless you.
